Yes — a valid resale, hemp or tobacco permit depending on your state. We verify it before the kit ships and keep the record with your order.
Which states do you ship kits to?
We're actively stocking retailers in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin. Other states are reviewed case-by-case against current hemp-derived THC rules — pick "Other" on the form and we'll confirm before charging anything further.
When is the $25.00 credited?
